“Globeba” is a captivating game developed during the intense 72-hour game jam for Ludum Dare 55, centered around the theme of “Summoning.” In this enchanting adventure, you play as a mage whose precious magic tome has been stolen by the nefarious weather wizard, Ogro. Armed with your summoning abilities, you strategically plant tubers and mandrakes, which assist you in navigating through the challenges of three intricately designed dungeons.

As you delve deeper into each dungeon, you’ll encounter a variety of enemies that test your tactical skills and creativity with summoning spells. These flora companions are not just tools, but characters that add to the rich, interactive environment of the game. Your ultimate goal is to outsmart Ogro, recover your stolen tome, and restore peace by reuniting with your floral allies. “Globeba” combines elements of strategy, puzzle-solving, and adventure, making it a thrilling experience from start to finish.
