Brutal Sonic

Description

Brutal Sonic is a fan-made hack of Sonic the Hedgedog with six brand-new levels and some entirely custom bosses for you to defeat. . Despite this hack looking very “vanilla” on the surface, it features a toally re-organized and cleaned up Sonic 1 engine. This allowed me to add more secrets speed up the development process towards the end significantly, and bring you this monstrosity of a hack.

5 difficulties for you to choose from:

• Weak – For people who don’t want a challenge. No spike bug, standard gameplay.
• Normal – The default difficulty. Spike bug is enabled, and all projectiles bounce.
• Hard – For harder bosses. Identical to Normal, but with your rings being cleared before bossfights.
• Nightmare – No. Rings.
• ??? – ???
